Discover the inspiring stories of generations of Black leaders in Annapolis who helped to build the community and struggled to advance the cause of liberty, equality, and justice for all Americans.
In recognition of the theme Black Health and Wellness for Black History Month 2022, we spotlight Dr. Aris T. Allen and his wife, Dr. Faye Watson Allen and their commitment to providing health care to local Black families during the era of segregation.
