This fall, enjoy a unique opportunity to dine al fresco at the William Paca Garden, the crown jewel of Annapolis. Experience a special four-course dinner on the tented terrace as you overlook the picturesque 2-acre English Garden. 

Extravagant food and wine, along with the unparalleled service of Ken’s Creative Kitchen, will create an unforgettable evening.

Registration required by September 20. Limited seating available.

Cost: $150 per person 

Seatings will be available for parties up to 6. Upon registration, you will be contacted to arrange your seating preferences.

First Course

• Maine Lobster Bisque (Rich Lobster Bisque with Maine Lobster Meat)

Second Course

• Bibb, Frisse and Watercress Salad (Granny Smith Apple Slices, Dried Michigan Cherries, Purple Pansies, Candied Georgia Pecans and Maytag Blue Cheese, and Vermont Maple Vinaigrette Dressing)

Entrée Course (choice of 1)

• Seared and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet (Atop Autumn Ratatouille, Roasted Red Pepper-Basil-Garlic Butter Medallion, Fresh Thyme, Velvet Potato Puree, Warm Bundle of Haricots Verts with Leek Ribbon)

• Seared and Roasted Breast of Mascovy Duck, Medium (Port Wine and Dried Cherry Sauce, Toasted Farro Risotto, Caramelized Root Vegetables, Warm Bundle of Haricots Verts with Leek Ribbon)

• Spicy White Bean Confit in Phyllo Purse (Velvet Potato Puree, Broccoli Rabe, Lemon-Garlic Wash, Grilled Anjou Pear, Porcini Zinfandel Reduction)

Dessert Course

• Bourbon-Pecan-Raisin Bread Pudding (Vanilla Custard, Hot Caramel Sauce, Chantilly Cream, Fresh Mint)

Beverages available include Red and White Wine, Iced Tea with Fresh Mint, Dark Roasted Decaffeinated and Regular Colombian Coffee, and Imported Teas.
