Historic Annapolis is a certified partner with KultureCity®

Historic Annapolis has partnered with KultureCity® to enhance our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs.

KultureCity helps venues become more accessible and inclusive by providing training, signage, sensory bags and other resources. Sensory sensitivities or challenges with sensory regulation are often experienced by individuals with autism, dementia, PTSD, and other similar conditions.

Our goal is to provide an inclusive experience for all guests during all events. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing needs by supplying our staff with annual training, and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests.

This partnership was made possible in part by the City of Annapolis through the Community Grant program.
