Acton Hall, 1 South Acton Place, a beautiful in-town residence built in the early 1770s. Walk the magnificent rooms to background music of the Annapolis Symphony musicians - emerge into spring time gardens that spill down the hill to the waters of Spa Creek - and imagine yourself part of high society in 1800 Annapolis!
201 Prince George Street, built around the turn of the 19th century and beautifully appointed with period antiques. Venture outdoors to a fabulous garden, beautifully secluded to provide a uniquely quiet respite.
The James Brice House, 42 East Street, built in 1767-1774 and rich in the architectural detail that made this period so special. Tour the home with docents and savor what life was like here in the 1700's
EXPLORE one of the oldest State Houses
The General Assembly first met in the current State House in 1779, making it the oldest state capital in continuous legislative use. It was here, while the State House served as the national capital, that Congress accepted George Washington's resignation as commander in chief of the American forces, and ratified the Treaty of Paris ending the American Revolution. Parking
For the downtown Annapolis locations parking is suggested in either:
Gott's Court Garages, 25 Calvert Street or
Calvert Street Garage, 19 St. John's Street
For 117 Indian Road, guests will park at the Key School, 534 Hillsmere Drive, and will ride a shuttle to the house.
For Atria Manresa, 85 Manresa Drive, guests will park at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1875 Ritchie Highway, and will ride a shuttle to the house.
For the 1401 Sharps Point Road, parking will be at the home.
