ULI Tap

Historic Annapolis, in partnership with the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Preservation Maryland, recently hosted an Urban Land Institute Technical Assistance Panel (ULI TAP).  The objective of the ULI TAP program is to provide expert, multi-disciplinary advice on land use and real estate issues facing public agencies and nonprofit organizations in the Baltimore-Washington area.

In this program, ULI Baltimore conducted a two-day panel offering objective and responsible advice to local decision makers on a wide variety of topics, ranging from site-specific projects to public policy questions. The TAP will make recommendations based on past studies, to include the City Dock Master Plan and the Integrated Cultural Resources Hazard Mitigation Plan.

The TAP also engaged the public with a town hall forum, and then culminated in a public presentation to share the Panel’s recommendations for reinvigorating Annapolis’s City Dock in a preservation-based context.
