About the Whiskeys:
FarmStock Rye Crop No. 003 ($75): The third release of the limited edition annual Triple Terroir Whiskey™ – created from WhistlePig's rye grain, distilled and proofed with our water, and aged in our custom Vermont White Oak. This whiskey has a sweet and aromatic nose, with vanilla, maraschino, roasted chestnuts and hints of cigar box. The palate is oak, toffee and baking spices followed by soft notes of Crème Brûlée and rose petals. A warm and lasting finish with a pleasant rye spice.
Go Pig or Go Home ($125): A Fishpaws Marketplace special 16 Year barreled in June 2004. The nose is super sweet with lots of honey, with a palate of honey, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon, and a finish of earthy, grassy and herbal notes.
Lady in Rye ($125): A Fishpaws Marketplace special 17 Year barreled in February 2003. The nose is extremely aromatic with baking spices and sweet notes, and a very creamy palate with notes of honey, vanilla, dried fruit, and Crème Brûlée. Drinks like a bourbon with a finish of long and lingering sweet notes.
Bespoke 12 Year ($150): This 86 proof 12 year-old Rye Whiskey is a marriage of whiskeys aged in new American Oak and ingeniously finished in Sauternes (37%), Maderia (50%) and Port casks (13%). The whiskey has a nose of caramel, baking spices and white pepper. The palate is creamy with distinct rye flavors, peach notes and a dark chocolate finish. It also contains flavors of caramel, burnt brown sugar and citrus notes.
WhistlePig 15 Year ($250): At 92 proof & one their oldest whiskeys, this is the first WhistlePig product finished in Vermont Estate Oak harvested right from their farm. The nose is deep and rich, dominated by caramel, vanilla, and oak with hints of allspice and burnt orange. The palate features notes of butterscotch and baking spice with leather and a hint of tobacco. Finish is ultra long and rich, warm, and inviting.
